How we ship

Every order goes out through Zásilkovna (Packeta) — pickup point or home delivery, your call at checkout. Packaging is plain: no branding, no batch labels, no hint of what’s inside from the outside.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia, Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia and Slovenia.

How long it takes

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within [POPUNITI: business days to dispatch] of confirmation. From there, Zásilkovna typically delivers within [POPUNITI: domestic delivery time]. A tracking link lands in your inbox once it ships.

What it costs

Flat rate: 55 Kč within the Czech Republic via Zásilkovna, free on orders over 1,500 Kč. 150 Kč to the other EU countries we ship to. Your exact cost shows at checkout before you pay, always.

Tracking

Tracking number and link, emailed the moment your order ships. Logged-in customers can also check status from their account.

If something’s off

No movement on tracking, or nothing’s shown up within [POPUNITI: business days before flagging a lost parcel]? Email us at flowerstateprague@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier.

Age check at the door
