2. What’s actually for sale

Hemp flower, resin, and lab-tested extract specimens — sold for collection and aromatic use only, never for smoking, vaping, or consumption. Every listed batch is independently tested; THC sits below 0.3%, the EU ceiling, published per batch as a downloadable COA on the product page. 3. Age gate

18+ only, no exceptions. Age confirmed on entry and again at checkout, alongside confirmation of intended (non-consumption) use. Details on our Age & Legal Notice page.

4. How an order becomes a contract

Placing an order is an offer; we accept it by confirming (usually by email), which forms the contract. We can decline or cancel — stock issues, failed age verification, suspected fraud — with a full refund if we do.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown in CZK, VAT included where applicable. Payment is by direct bank transfer — currently the only live method. [POPUNITI: Barion is installed but still in test mode — enable and confirm before go-live if card payment is wanted.] Card details are never stored by us.

6. Shipping

Via Zásilkovna (Packeta) to Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia, Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia and Slovenia. Costs and timing shown at checkout and detailed on our Shipping Info page. Risk transfers to you on delivery.

7. Withdrawal & returns

8. Complaints

Contact us first at flowerstateprague@gmail.com. Unresolved issues can go to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Liability

10. Governing law

Czech law governs these terms, without prejudice to your mandatory EU consumer rights.
