Your right to change your mind

EU consumers generally get 14 days to withdraw from an online order, no reason required. [POPUNITI: confirm with counsel whether the hygiene-seal exception under Czech Civil Code § 1837 applies to opened flower/resin packaging — materially changes this policy.]

Condition we need it back in

Unused, original packaging, seal intact where the exception applies. We may reduce your refund if the item shows more wear than inspection requires.

How to start a return

Email flowerstateprague@gmail.com with your order number and what you’re returning, within 14 days. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. [POPUNITI: confirm — prepaid Zásilkovna label provided, or customer covers return shipping?]

Getting your money back

Once we’ve received and checked the item, refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days from notice of your withdrawal or receipt of the goods, whichever is later. Original shipping refunded up to our cheapest standard option.

Wrong or damaged order

Photos + your order number to flowerstateprague@gmail.com within [POPUNITI: hours/days window to report damaged or incorrect orders] of delivery — we’ll sort a replacement or refund, no cost to you.

Formal complaints (reklamace)

Beyond the withdrawal window, email flowerstateprague@gmail.com. Unresolved cases can go to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
